We are dedicated to offering high-quality skincare and beauty products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene reasons, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the products within the package are found to be defective upon receipt.

Defective Items

If you receive a product with defective contents (excluding damage to the outer packaging), please follow the steps below:

Provide Evidence: Include photos of the defective items to help us assess the issue.

Return Process

Once we receive your email and evidence of the defective product:

Return Instructions: If approved, we will guide you through the process of returning the defective item(s).

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective products. We do not accommodate exchanges for any other reason.
