Description
The Heimish All Clean Balm in the 120 mL size is a cult-favourite cleansing balm that transitions from a solid balm to a silky oil and finally to a light milky emulsion upon contact with water. It’s formulated to effectively remove makeup, sunscreen, sebum and daily impurities — while remaining gentle and comfortable on the skin.
The formula features nourishing ingredients such as shea butter and coconut extract, and a subtle citrus-herbal scent. It’s vegan-certified (EVE VEGAN) and designed to support even sensitive and barrier-compromised skin.
Size: 120ML
Skin Type
Normal to dry skin — The balm texture and emollient base (shea butter, oils) make it comforting for skin that feels tight or dry.
Combination skin — Especially beneficial as a first cleanse step to remove oil-based residues, sunscreen, and makeup, prepping skin for subsequent hydration and treatment.
Sensitive or barrier-compromised skin — The formulation emphasises a gentle cleanse without harsh surfactants; many users with sensitive skin report good tolerance.
Those using heavy sunscreen or makeup — Because the balm is designed to melt through and remove oil-based layers effectively.
Key Benefits
Efficient removal of makeup/sunscreen/sebum: The balm texture melts on contact and transitions to oil, helping dissolve heavy layers such as waterproof mascara, foundation and UV-filters.
Gentle on skin barrier: Thanks to nourishing shea butter, coconut extract and minimal harsh cleansers, it helps avoid over-stripping and maintains comfort.
Vegan & cruelty-free: Certified EVE VEGAN, free from animal ingredients, making it suitable for ethically-focused skincare routines.
Pleasant texture & aroma: Users enjoy the balm-to-oil-to-milk transformation and the subtle herbal/citrus scent that offers a more luxurious cleanse experience.
Prepare skin for subsequent care: By efficiently removing oil-based layers and sunscreen, it helps your toners/serums/moisturisers penetrate and perform better.
Key Ingredients
Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter — rich emollient that softens skin, supports lipid replenishment and comfort.
Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract — plant extract that supports the cleansing effect and gives a lighter oil texture.
Citrus and herbal oils/extracts — e.g., Orange Peel Oil, Grapefruit Peel Oil, Tea Tree Leaf Oil (in original variant) and in some variants citrus/herb blend; they provide mild aroma, antioxidant support, and oil-removal help.
Ceramide NP (in some variants—especially the Mandarin version) — supports barrier lipids and skin resilience

How to use
Evening (first cleanse): On dry skin and with dry hands, scoop a medium-sized amount of the balm (e.g., about a teaspoon) using the included spatula to maintain hygiene.
Massage: Apply to dry face (forehead, cheeks, nose, chin) and gently massage in circular motions for ~30-60 seconds until the balm begins to melt into an oil and you feel breakdown of makeup/sunscreen/residue.
Emulsify & rinse: Add a little warm water to your palms and continue to massage — the texture will turn milky. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Second cleanse (optional but recommended): Because you mentioned sunscreen use and occasional cystic acne, following with a gentle water-based cleanser is beneficial to remove any emulsified residue and prepare skin for treatment/hydration.
Follow with hydrating/repair products: After cleansing, apply your toner, serum, moisturizer (especially those supporting barrier repair) — this step is important for your flaky/dry barrier.
Frequency: Use nightly if you wear makeup or heavier sunscreen. On lighter days you may use it every other night or as needed.
Tip for your skin condition: Because your barrier is fragile and you sometimes have cystic acne, on nights when your skin is especially flaky or sensitive, you might shorten the massage time (focus on key areas) and ensure your subsequent moisturizer is richer to lock moisture in.
