How to use
After cleansing and toning, remove two patches from the box and apply one per under-eye area (or adapt pattern: under eye, outer eye/laugh line, or even neck/cheek if desired) onto clean, dry skin. Smooth down gently to ensure full contact and no air pockets.
Leave on for ~ 20-30 minutes (some sources say 20-30 minutes) while relaxing.
Remove the patches: peel off gently and pat any remaining essence into the skin until absorbed. Do not rinse afterwards.
Follow with your regular serum/moisturiser: Because your barrier is dry/flaky, after the patch apply your hydrating serum and barrier-repair cream to lock in the benefits.
Frequency: Use 1-2 times per week or as needed when your under-eye area feels tired, puffy, or your barrier is stressed. Avoid making it a nightly use if your barrier is severely compromised.
Bonus tip for your skin condition: On nights when your skin is flaky or you feel your barrier weakening, you might pair this eye patch with a thicker eye cream and skip other active treatments that night — let this serve as treatment/repair night.
