How to use
As a daily deep cleanser: Apply to dry or slightly damp face? Many instructions suggest on dry skin → massage → add water → foam → rinse.
Take an appropriate amount (about a pea-to-almond size).
Gently massage over face for ~30-60 seconds (especially on areas with buildup, sunscreen, dullness).
Add a little warm water to your hands to create rich foam, continue gently massaging.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
As a wash-off mask: Optional if your skin is feeling particularly dull/tight: apply an even layer to dry skin, leave for ~1 minute, then massage and rinse.
Frequency: Use nightly for deep cleanse (especially when wearing makeup/sunscreen). On lighter days you may still use it, as it supports tone and barrier.
Follow with your barrier-repair steps: Because your skin barrier is damaged/flaky, after cleansing apply your hydrating toner → serum/essence → moisturiser with ceramides. This sequence helps lock in benefits and protect the newly cleansed skin.
Extra tip: On nights when you feel heavy build-up or dull skin, you might use the mask mode; on nights when your skin is sensitive or flaking, use the cleanser gently then a richer cream (skip other strong actives).
