Description
The PDRN Pink Vita Coating Mask from MEDICUBE is a single-sheet treatment mask designed to deliver a radiance boost, tone correction and barrier support in one step. According to the brand, it features a PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) derived from salmon DNA, plus vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), niacinamide and soluble collagen to support hydration, elasticity and a more even tone.
It is marketed for “uneven skin tone”, “dull skin”, “elasticity care” and “whitening/plumping effect” (in Korean context meaning brightening + bounce).
Packaged as a “pink vitality” sheet mask, it is suitable for sensitive skin (hypoallergenic claim) and designed as a weekly or treatment-stage add-on to your routine.
Skin Type
Normal to dry or combination skin that shows signs of dullness, uneven tone or mild texture irregularities.
Skin with visible tone-unevenness or mild dark spots (for example post-acne marks) — the brightening/repair function is relevant.
Skin whose barrier may be somewhat compromised (e.g., you've mentioned flaky dry skin + occasional cystic acne) — because the mask contains barrier-supporting/hydrating ingredients.
Skin looking for a “treatment night” mask for radiance and bounce rather than a daily basic mask.
Key Benefits
Brightening & tone-correction: With niacinamide, vitamin B12 and PDRN, the mask helps promote a more luminous, even complexion and supports reduction of dullness.
Hydration & bounce: The inclusion of soluble collagen and hyaluronic acid supports hydration, skin plumpness, and improves the appearance of elasticity.
Barrier support & vitality: PDRN is touted for helping with repair/regeneration of the skin barrier; the mask format gives a restful, resource-recovery step.
Convenient treatment format: A single sheet mask that can be used when skin feels dull/tired, giving a quick “reset” or glow boost — helpful when your skin is under stress (e.g., hormonal, post-acne, flaky barrier).
Suitable for sensitive skin (hypoallergenic claim): The mask is marketed as safe for sensitive skin and emphasises gentle ingredients.
Key Ingredients
PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide / Salmon DNA derivation) — The mask uses “sodium DNA” (which connects to PDRN) as part of the formula, promoting barrier repair/collagen/hyaluronic support.
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) — A multi-benefit ingredient that smooths texture, supports barriers and helps even skin tone.
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) — Promoted in the mask as a “pink vitamin” vitality support for dull skin.
Soluble Collagen — Adds bounce, hydration and structural support (though topical collagen helps more for surface hydration than deep collagen synthesis).
Hyaluronic Acid / Sodium Hyaluronate — Key humectants to draw and hold moisture, supporting your flaky/dry barrier zones.

How to use
After cleansing (and optional toner/essence), remove the sheet mask from its pouch and unfold it carefully.
Apply the mask sheet to your face, aligning the eye/nose/mouth cut-outs and smoothing to ensure good contact.
Leave on for 10-20 minutes (or according to packaging instructions). You may relax during this time.
Remove the sheet mask and gently pat in any remaining essence until it absorbs — do not rinse.
Follow immediately with your serum → moisturiser (especially your barrier-repair cream) to lock in the benefits — critical given your flaky/dry barrier.
Frequency: Use about 1–2 times per week or whenever your skin is feeling dull, tired, or needs a radiance lift. On nights when your barrier feels especially compromised or you’ve used strong actives, you might skip other actives and just do this mask + a rich cream.
Tip for your skin condition: Because you have occasional cystic acne and a fragile barrier: On nights when you use this mask, avoid layering strong exfoliants or retinoids in the same session — allow your skin to recover. Use this as your “glow & repair” step.
