Key Benefits
Broad-spectrum UV protection: SPF 50+ / PA++++ helps shield from both UVB and UVA damage.
Brightening & spot-correction: With active ingredients like tranexamic acid and niacinamide that help prevent excessive melanin production and reduce the appearance of dark spots, discoloration and post-acne marks.
Pore- & texture-refining: Niacinamide and lightweight emollients help smooth the skin surface and diminish the look of enlarged pores.
Lightweight, comfortable daily feel: According to brand/retailer, this is a 79.3 % “moisturizing essence” formula that absorbs quickly and claims no white cast.
Barrier supporting & soothing: Panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) and humectants help maintain hydration and comfort when using a sunscreen with active functions.
Key Ingredients
Niacinamide — multi-functional: supports barrier health, helps reduce appearance of pores, brightens uneven skin tone.
Tranexamic Acid — a pigment-targeting active that helps moderate melanin production and treat post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.
Panthenol (Pro-vitamin B5) — supports skin comfort, hydration and barrier recovery.
Chemical UV-filters such as Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate (Uvinul A Plus), Ethylhexyl Triazone, Methylene Bis-Benzotriazolyl Tetramethylbutylphenol, etc — for high-performance UV protection.
Humectants / emollients such as glycerin, propanediol, etc — contribute to the lightweight yet hydrating finish and help offset dryness from sun filters.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding Safe
YES
While the product contains natural and soothing ingredients, it is advisable for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals to consult a healthcare professional before using any new products.
However, if your OB/GYN or dermatologist has specifically recommended you use mineral-only sunscreens or avoid actives like topical tranexamic acid during pregnancy, you might choose a mineral alternative or use this only with doctor-approval.
How to use
In the morning, after cleansing and your skincare serums/essences, use this sunscreen as the last step before makeup (or no makeup).
Apply a generous amount (about ¼ teaspoon / 2 finger-lengths) evenly across face and neck. Ensure coverage.
Wait ~30 seconds, then proceed with makeup or head outdoors. Because the texture is described as lightweight and non-white-cast, it should layer well.
Re‐apply every 2–3 hours if you are outdoors, sweating, in strong sun or after towel-drying. Even the best sunscreen needs re‐application.
In the evening, remove with a gentle oil or micellar cleanser (especially if wearing this sunscreen + makeup) to ensure full removal and avoid congestion (important given your occasional cystic acne). Then follow your barrier-repair routine (hydrating toner → serum → moisturizer).
Special tip for your barrier condition: On days when your skin is flaky or recovering, you could layer this sunscreen over a thin hydrating gel/serum, then a lightweight moisturizer, before applying it to help buffer the skin and maintain barrier integrity.
Remember: Sun protection is vital for dark-spot treatments to work. Since you use brightening actives, consistent use of this sunscreen will amplify your results
