Description
The MEDICUBE TXA Niacinamide 15 Serum is a high-performance brightening and tone-evening serum formulated to target stubborn dark spots, post-acne marks, uneven skin tone and rough texture. It combines tranexamic acid (TXA) with high-concentration niacinamide (15 %), plus supportive actives like arbutin, glutathione and multi-layer hyaluronic acid to refresh and revitalise the complexion.
The lightweight, fast-absorbing formula offers a non-sticky finish and is designed for regular use to help reveal a clearer, more even and smoother skin surface
Skin Type
Normal to combination and oily skin types, especially if you are concerned with visible dark marks, post-inflammatory hyper-pigmentation (PIH), uneven tone or rough texture.
Skin that uses actives, sunscreen and makeup and is exposed to environmental stress — the formula helps tone-correct and refine without heavy texture.
Skin that has some barrier compromise or visible texture irregularities (e.g., rough patches) and you’re ready for an active treatment step.
Key Benefits
Brightens and evens skin tone — the combination of niacinamide and tranexamic acid helps reduce the appearance of dark spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and uneven patches.
Refines skin texture and supports smoother surface — niacinamide plus peptides and humectants help improve clarity and refine rough patches.
Strengthens the skin barrier and hydrates — includes humectants like glycerin, betaine, hyaluronic acid derivatives and soothing agents to support barrier recovery.
Lightweight, non-sticky finish suitable for frequent use — this makes it easier to layer in your routine under a moisturiser/cream.
Key Ingredients
Niacinamide (approx. 100,000 ppm) — Vitamin B3, multitasking: brightening, barrier support, refining texture.
Tranexamic Acid (TXA) (approx. 50,000 ppm) — targeted for pigmentation, helping to reduce uneven tone and dark marks.
Arbutin — supplementary brightening/skin-clarity agent to support tone-evening.
Hyaluronic Acid derivatives & Panthenol — for hydration and soothing effect, supporting the barrier and helping comfort when using potent actives.

Pregnancy and Nursing Safe
NO
Alpha Arbutin is usually safe for most people, but it’s best to avoid or use it carefully during pregnancy. This is because it is similar to hydroquinone, an ingredient that is not recommended in pregnancy due to possible risks and absorption into the body
How to use
After cleansing and applying your toner/essence, apply a few drops (2-3 drops) of this serum to your face (and neck if desired).
Gently spread and pat the serum in until absorbed—especially important on your dry/flaky zones to avoid rubbing.
Immediately follow with your hydrating and barrier-repair cream/moisturiser to lock in the active and protect your skin.
Frequency: Start with 1–2 times per week until you confirm your skin tolerates it well. Then consider increasing to nightly or as per your routine if your barrier is stable.
Morning usage: If used in the morning, always follow with broad-spectrum sunscreen to protect from UV and prevent new pigmentation.
Night usage: On nights your skin is especially flaky, sensitive or you’ve used exfoliants/strong actives, skip additional actives and just use this serum + rich moisturiser.
Support for your skin condition: Since your barrier is compromised (flaky dry skin + occasional cystic acne) — on nights when your skin is stressed, treat this as a focal treatment rather than a daily essential until barrier recovers.
