How to use
After cleansing and your hydrating toner, apply 2-3 drops of the serum onto your face (and neck if desired), avoiding the immediate eye area.
Gently smooth and pat into skin until absorbed — given your flaky patches and weak barrier, avoid rubbing or harsh application.
Follow immediately with your barrier-repair cream or moisturiser to lock in support (important since you have a compromised barrier).
Frequency:
Start with 2-3 times per week (evening preferred) until you confirm your skin tolerates it well.
If well tolerated, you may increase to nightly use.
If used in the morning, follow with your broad-spectrum sunscreen (essential).
On nights when your barrier is especially stressed (flaky, raw, post-exfoliation) skip other strong actives and only use this serum + your repair moisturiser.
Tip for your skin condition: On days when you’ve used stronger actives (exfoliants, high-oil sebum treatments), use this serum the next night instead of layering multiple actives. It’s combining soothing + treatment effectively.
