How to use
After cleansing and applying toner/essence/serum, apply a moderate amount of the cream evenly to your face (and neck if desired).
Gently pat for better absorption — this supports your fragile barrier and reduces friction on flaky zones.
Use as your final moisturiser (morning or night) — on oily zones in the morning especially, or at night for sebum regulation.
For your skin scenario (weaker barrier + occasional cystic acne):
On mornings where your T-zone is oily: use this cream + a lightweight sunscreen.
On nights where your cheeks/jawline are flaky/dry: you may layer this cream + a richer barrier-repair cream on those zones, or use this cream only on oil-prone zones and a richer cream on dry patches.
For best results: consistent use for 4-6 weeks can help regulate sebum, reduce surface oil, flatten breakout marks
