Key Benefits
Effective makeup & SPF removal: The balm texture dissolves oil-based residues (makeup, sunscreen) and helps ensure your skin is properly cleansed.
Pore-refining & sebum control: Activated charcoal and green tea help absorb excess oil and purify within pores; green tea also has antioxidant and soothing support.
Fresh, non-sticky finish: Reports note this balm leaves a more comfortable finish rather than heavy film or residue.
Supports skin clarity & smoothness: With green tea extracts + tea tree oil + clay elements (kaolin, illite) the formula helps skin appear clearer and smoother.

How to use
On dry face (before water), scoop approx 1–2 cm diameter of balm with spatula or dry fingertips.
Gently spread and massage into the face (especially T-zone, areas with makeup/SPF/sebum build-up) for ~30-60 seconds.
Add a little warm water to your fingertips, continue massaging to emulsify the balm (it will turn milky).
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until no residue remains.
Follow with your water-based cleanser (optional but recommended) and then your serum/toner/hydrator + barrier-repair cream (important given your barrier status).
Frequency: Nightly is typical (especially if you wear sunscreen/makeup). On nights where your skin barrier is feeling very weak/flaky, you may still use it but shorten the massage time and follow immediately with rich soothing steps.
Tip for your skin condition: Since you have flaky dry patches and occasional cystic acne:
On nights when your skin feels more stable: use this balm + full massage and full routine.
On nights when you feel your barrier is very compromised (lots of flaking), you can still use the balm but reduce mechanical massage and follow with extra soothing/repair cream.
For the drier cheek/jawline zones: after cleansing, apply your repair cream. For the oil-prone zones (T-zone) where this balm helped cleanse, you might apply lighter treatment or sebum-control serum.
