How to use
After cleansing and toning, dispense 2–3 drops of the essence onto your palms or directly onto the face.
Gently spread the essence over the entire face (and neck if desired).
Pat gently until fully absorbed — for your skin with flaky patches, avoid rubbing or dragging.
Follow immediately with your moisturiser or barrier-repair cream.
Frequency recommendation:
Start with every other night (or nights when your skin barrier is more stable).
Once your skin tolerates it, move to nightly or morning & night use depending on routine and comfort.
In the morning, after this essence you must apply your broad-spectrum sunscreen (essential).
On nights when your skin is extra stressed (flaky, raw, post-active/exfoliation), you may skip layering many actives: use this essence + rich repair cream.
Tip for your skin condition (weaker barrier + flaky dry patches + occasional cystic acne):
Use the essence on nights when skin feels more stable and you’re focusing on recovery/firmness.
On nights when your barrier is particularly compromised or you’re breaking out, you may defer to a gentler routine and use this essence less frequently until your barrier strengthens.
