How to use
After cleansing and toning (and any lightweight essence), apply 1-2 drops of the serum onto clean, dry face (and neck if desired).
Gently spread and pat until fully absorbed — avoid rubbing, especially on areas of flaky dry skin or sensitive zones.
Follow with your moisturiser / barrier-repair cream.
Frequency suggestion for your skin scenario: Start with every other night (or twice a week) until your barrier tolerates well; then increase to nightly if tolerated.
If you use in the morning, follow with broad-spectrum sunscreen (must).
On nights when your skin is very compromised (flaky, raw, large cysts) you may skip this serum and instead simply use your barrier-repair step only — this helps strengthen barrier and reduce risk of irritation.
Do not combine with multiple strong actives the same night — e.g., avoid using strong exfoliating acids + this serum + retinoids all together to reduce risk in your barrier-weakened context.
